1Do you work with Insurance Companies?
Yes. We have worked with all insurance companies. We are also recommended by many of them.
2Do I need an appointment to get a quote?
No appointment necessary. We are open 8am - 5pm Monday thru Friday. Drop in at your convenience.
3What is the Difference Between Genuine, OEM, and Aftermarket Parts?
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are the parts manufactured by the factory supplier for your vehicle, and will match them. Aftermarket parts are third-party equivalents of the original factory parts. While we aim to use mainly OEM parts, aftermarket parts are also an option if needed or requested.
4What is a deductible?
Your deductible is how much you have to pay for repairs, before your insurance kicks in for the rest. Depending on your level of insurance, this can run from zero dollars, up to thousands. Your deductible is due to MasterCraft when you pick up your vehicle, and can be presented in check or cash.
5Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. We offer a lifetime guarantee on the repairs we make to your car as long as you own the vehicle.
