This is the absolute best place I’ve been to for collision or auto repair. We got there, we met a terrific guy named bill, he looked at the car immediately, and he made the decision he can fix what was needed on our car without any trouble and without even any payment. While we were waiting the staff inside talked to us and even got us drinks while we waited. After I wanna say 20 minutes he came back in said it’s done, and the car was pretty much fixed to what we needed and he didn’t ask for anything in return. Bill was an answer to prayer for an emergency situation and this place is on my 10/10 would always recommend list.

I went due to Google reviews. I just needed an estimate at this point. My vehicle was drivable and just minor repairs needed, but they got me right in and out and the price quote is very competitive. Just be prepared. People that do the best work are the busiest. I am sure if your vehicle isn't drivable they will work you in more quickly. I will let you know more after the work is done.

I just picked up my Camry just now. It was completed a day early! The invoice matched the quote EXACTLY, and the car now looks brand new – like my fender-bender never even happened. Highly recommend these guys. They are true professionals.

The repair work to my car was such that I can not tell that it had been in an accident: the workmanship / craftsmanship of the repair was outstanding. Came here since I obviously can’t drive correctly (and because I had a rather large dent in my new car). Bill was great. I left on vacation and was able to drop my car off for repairs. Unfortunately due to some miscommunication some of the repairs were not done within my allotted time. Bill told me to come back Monday and then the next day the rest of the repairs were taken care of! Amazing experience overall and I cannot tell at all that my car was damaged. It’s insane the quality of work these guys have. The pricing is also unbeatable - another place was trying to charge me $4000+ for one repair whereas Bill’s team charged me $1500 FOR ALL THE REPAIRS! You cannot beat this place! Don’t waste your time going to other companies.

Truck is currently here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Drop off is highly convenient. Bill is always helpful. My family has steadily used this business anytime someone has damaged our vehicles. Quality work for reasonable prices. They do the leg work with insurance companies.

Great place to get your collision repairs done!! Bill the owner is very knowledgeable, he always does you right. They always try to use OEM parts when they can. They are certified thru Honda/Acura so they recognize their work and are still covered by the warranty. (Pictures are before and after)

These guys, whom I don’t know by name except for Caleb, were so professional and skilled, including the front desk guys. I needed a paint job for my 11-year-old Prius that was losing large swathes with every car wash. Not only does the paint job look like new, but they took the time to polish headlight covers and detail the interior. Their estimate was half of what another place offered. Very grateful!

My son goes to School back in Oklahoma and had an accident. After calling around to find out where we should take the car, Master Craft seemed like the place to go. They are a very busy shop but you have to expect that when you find a place that does good work Everything did not go smooth but they kept us informed every step of the way. In the end the manager was calling me after hours to let me know what was going on. They did a GREAT JOB and my son likes the car better now than before it was wrecked. They only know how to do a job one way and that is the right way. Thanks for being a stand up business. It is a great help when you live across the country and are able to deal with people that do what they say they will do.

Fabulous place! Some of the most friendly people I've met. I had previously had a quote from another location and it was so high that I decided against doing some body work on my car. After talking with my dealership, they recommended Mastercraft. I went there and received a very good quote. They even sent me down the street for part of a repair because it would save me money (money that was taken away from them for their repair work!). From beginning to end, customer service was on display. I could not be happier with my experience.

MasterCraft collision was recommended to my by a friend. He was so right. These guys were on time, stayed with the original estimate (even though additional damage was discovered after the fact). I could not be happier with the complete customer service MasterCraft provided. My car looks like New, after having had severe damage from highway collision. BTW, my car also runs and handles as well or better than pre-collision. USE THESE GUYS, you won’t be sorry.

I can't say enough about Master Craft. I am super OCD when it comes to my car. Unfortunately things happen - then "things" have to be fixed. A friend of mine had their car done here (twice) and when I saw his review I called him. He said talk to Billy, he will do you right. I had gotten 3 other estimates ranging from $1600 to $2700, utilizing used parts. Not an option for Rose (the car). He landed at $1700 'ish with NEW parts. I gave a big heck yeah, let's do it. I asked what he wanted me to put down and he replied NOTHING. If you choose not to have your vehicle done here, I can send them back. (!WHAT?) Yeah, this guy is down to earth, good ol' boy and a handshake does business. I can't say enough good things. She went in as scheduled. And was returned in new condition, sparkling! You won't be disappointed if you go here.

This is the best collision repair shop in Tulsa, ignore any billboards or advertisements you've seen making baloney claims. I've had two cars repaired by Mastercraft recently excellent job on both. The shop uses OEM parts, not Chinese almost fits. Bill is dedicated to doing the absolute best that can be done.

The owner is very friendly, remember all the small details from the customer. No wonder why the place have 4.9 stars

Our car looks great again thanks to the body work performed on some scratches sustained in a minor collision. I love how Scott and Coty performed the work in a timely fashion and especially how they make a focused effort to make the process enjoyable and memorable. Excellent leadership from the top down. It’s great taking a car to an establishment that understands it’s not just about the car.

Have used this body shop several times for my Honda and they have consistently been awesome. Better pricing than other body shops and they really go above and beyond with their customer service. I trust their work completely and they offer a lifetime warranty on their repairs. It’s nice to feel like you are not getting taken advantage of with pricing, they are fair, explain everything in detail and stick to the quoted price. They’ve earned a customer for life in me!

Fantastic shop! We brought our car to them after a disappointing "online" quote from the other driver's insurance company and they quickly pointed out several items missing like...painting. Nonetheless, they ask both the customer and the insurance company the right questions to get the desired result. I would highly recommend them as they are straight up about costs to you (none in my case) and honest with the insurance company.

Our 2016 Toyota 4Runner was rearended and sustained a lot of damage. The hatchback door, rear fender, and light assembly had to be replaced plus a lot of cosmetic work. They did an excellent job. You cannot tell that the SUV was every hit. Not only did they do a great job, but they were very easy to work with and have competitive pricing.

The owner here has save me over $500 on TWO occasions. His focus is the customer’s needs first and doing quality work. I’ve been very impressed by the work ethic here, and I will definitely be back for any work needing to be done on my vehicles.

Bill and his crew at Master Craft Collision give out impeccable service. My S2000 is in excellent condition and they made it look like nothing happened. They even addressed tiny details that matter to the customer. The level of quality and service they provide before and after repairs is top-notch and I highly recommend Master Craft Collision.

One week ago, late at night, I had the misfortune of clipping the concrete edge of a small bridge close to my home. My car's front right tire and wheel hit the bridge and completely destroyed my tire. I was not hurt at all but to say it scared me was putting it mildly. The following day my neighbor put my donut tire on and I headed over to Discount Tire where I had bought my Cooper tires. They were so nice to me and gave me another new tire for my car at no charge! Since I hit the bridge pretty hard I knew I needed to have my car's alignment checked. I went to Don Carlton Honda to have it checked. I trust Don Carlton Honda and bought my car from them in 2008. As usual they were so polite, quick to act and immediately made me fill better. Before they took my car back, I showed them my right side door that took a lot of the impact. The young man who helped me said it looked like an easy fix and recommended that I take my car to Master Craft. Talk about customer service, the people at Master Craft were wonderful to me. I doubt that I was even there 30 minutes and it was fixed and looked brand new. Oh yes, did I mention, no charge at either place! If I could describe this company in one sentence it would be " a firm handshake, they appreciate your business, no charge we would love to have you come back again, a drive careful as I left." These people put new meaning to old time customer service. They made my day. I hope I never have another fender bender, but if I do, I know who to go to for qualified techs and personal satisfaction.

These guys go above and beyond to help their customers. I had an issue selling a car in a private party sale to a buyer that wound up being much higher maintenance than necessary. They took extra time, a couple phone calls, and 2 inspections to put the buyer at ease over the condition of the car. They really didn't have to go to all that trouble, but I'm so glad they did. It was a huge help to me. If you need anything call these guys!

A very unique experience for me... very rarely do I go into a place and find somebody that knows what they're talking about... does what they say they're going to do... and then follows up afterwards... it's almost unbelievable in today's times... The work was exemplary...Billy Smith the general manager there at Mastercraft is an old school kind of guy and he gets the job done...he keeps everybody dialed in and on target! If you gotta go to a collision repair why not go to the best... I will always go back to see Billy and his team at Mastercraft I will recommend him to everybody I know in the industry! Mastercraft did an excellent job on my daughter’s car. We were paying for the repairs out of pocket, and Bill went the extra mile to get us the best prices on parts. He didn’t skimp with aftermarket parts either…all OEM. Mastercraft was the lowest quote I received, but the quality of work certainly doesn’t reflect that. The car looks great! The paint match is flawless and the lines are perfect. I’d venture to say it looks better than it did when it was new. Communication was great, and Bill was a joy to interact with. I hope to not need a body shop again for a long time, but when I do it will be Mastercraft!

Recently, I had my BMW repaired at Master Craft. I've always wondered how businesses came up with their name. Well, they must have known they were good because they truly are MASTERS of their craft. Their mastery extends far beyond the actual repair of the vehicle. It includes the individual attention given to you by the owner, general manager and entire staff. It's called good old customer service, an art that is quickly disappearing. So, if you have the misfortune of getting into a fender bender, there is no other place that I'd recommend.

I recently had a great experience with Master Craft Collision Repair. I had made the mistake of driving off of a curb and breaking a clip that held my bumper onto the rest of the car. I had expressed that I regretted what I had done and wanted it fixed but couldn't afford anything too expensive. They were great with working with me to find the right part and schedule the appointment. When I had arrived all ready to pay, he told me that he had it covered. Excellent customer service and my silly mess up is no longer visible and the car looks great. Thanks guys! Totally reccomend!!

Have used these guys for two vehicles in my time driving honda's- one was a rear end impact- the other was a side swipe where someone hit me in the rear quarter panel. Both times my cars were repaired back to OE spec. They end up looking like they just came off a showroom floor. Great guys, super friendly staff.

This place is awesome. We've been taking our cars here for body work for 25 years! Just recently had my Honda Odyssey fixed when I was hit. They did an amazing job. The guys there (Bill, Levi, all of them) are so professional and go above and beyond by focusing on every little detail! Offering me a ride to the rental car place, offering coffee and water every time I walk in, even replaced my tail light that I didn't know was out! I can't recommend them enough.

MasterCraft fixed some damage on my 2007 Honda Odyssey in October 2012. They did a great job and were very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them. I first heard about MasterCraft from coworkers. I also asked the Honda Dealership to recommend body shops and the people there immediately pointed me in the direction of MasterCraft.
